Intake and Resolutions Manager

Biography

John Grandi (he/him) serves as the Intake and Resolutions Manager in the Office of Equal Opportunity, Accessibility, and Title IX (EOATIX) at Dartmouth College. In this role, he is primarily responsible for the intake of all matters related to Title IX/Sexual Misconduct, providing support to individuals who have been impacted, and managing cases as they move through the resolution processes. He also assists with providing education and training related to the Sexual and Gender-Based Misconduct Policy, and supports the office with annual reporting, analytics, and record-keeping.

Before joining Dartmouth, John worked as a Victim Advocate with the Windsor County States’ Attorney’s Office, where he provided support and guidance to victim/survivors who worked with the office and worked closely with the county’s Special Investigation Unit. Prior to that, John worked as a Social Worker for Vermont’s Department for Children and Families, investigating and assessing reports of child abuse and neglect while also supporting families connected to the office.

John earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Law option from Plymouth State University. In the past, he has volunteered with All Hands and Hearts, supporting communities affected by disasters. In his free time, he can be found coaching the local Twin State Roller Derby team, participating in various road/trail runs, or being deeply engrossed in various tabletop roleplaying games.
